Juan Ramon Saldaña started in the Life Insurance industry in 1984 specializing in Disability and Health Insurance. After 6 years in the industry, Saldaña decided to change careers and work as a Real Estate Agent for Golden Eagle Real Estate in South Gate. At Golden Eagle he learned about the Real Estate business, and in a few months decided to become a Century 21 Agent. It was at Century 21, where Saldaña took advantage of the great educational programs offered, and had great success in sales. He was part of Century 21 Romero Realty in Pico Rivera, and later part of Century 21 Casa Realty in Huntington Park.
In 1991, with much more experience, he became a Re Max agent with Re Max South East Properties in Downey, where he worked for 5 years. He then opened his own office with another Realtor in 1995. It was there, where Saldaña used his leadership skills to the maximum by leading a team of 28 agents.
Further, in 1996 Saldaña decided to open an office by himself, which he ran for the next 3 years until 1999. It was during 1999, that he made the transition from Real Estate back to Insurance, and founded the Newest Insurance Agency. This time he specialized in a different area of insurance: Fire and Casualty, which he has been practicing ever since. His Real Estate background combined with his Insurance background give Saldaña a wealth of knowledge and experience that is seldom found in the industry. This allows him to serve his clients at a different level.
Saldaña is very grateful with those who have been kind enough to give Newest Insurance Agency their confidence. In addition, he cherishes his family and friends, who have always been very supportive.
As an individual who has always searched for excellence in his work and profession through coaches, seminars, and courses, Saldaña has shown a great sense of inquiry and desire to learn about the insurance industry.
